June/July Update

I'm coming home!

You read that right! I will be home for a visit from August 1st - 23rd. I'm looking forward to seeing all my family and friends. It will be so good to catch up after being away for a whole year. I will be hosting a meet and greet to catch up with everyone.

Arise Women's Ministry

My good friend Megan is starting a women's ministry here in Paris. That means reaching the sexually exploited women of the city. I have the opportunity to partner with her in prayer. I want to do more though. Since she is just starting out she needs the finances to continue her ministry. So with all that being said, I have set a goal of raising $2500 for this women's ministry. This money would go towards any supplies she would need to reach the women in need.

Discipleship Training Schools (DTS)

We just had our Backpack Europe DTS come back from their outreach phase. It was so moving to hear all the testimonies of God moving in so many different nations. I've included some of the statistics from the school. Currently, there is another school running. It's a dual-focused school called Backpack Unreached - Music DTS. The students are learning about such topics like the Nature and Character of God, Repentance and Forgiveness.

'“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.” '
Matthew 28:18-20

Building Faith Project

We have just raised 140k euros in 16 weeks! We are that much closer to purchasing the adjacent property. That means more classrooms, a larger auditorium for worship and gatherings, and a space to build a cafe.

'Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.'
Matthew 17:20

Paris Je T'aime

Paris Je t’Aime is 2-week evangelism-focused outreach that desires to draw people from all corners of the world to come and be a part of what God is doing here in Paris. We partner with local churches, ministries, and believers to bring transformation to Paris through the power of prayer, worship, evangelism, performance, and unity in the body of Christ. We just started the seminars with topics that include Hearing Gods Voice, The Great Commission, How to Share the Gospel, among other helpful topics. Then we get to apply what we learn and go out into the city. Watch the video below for a glimpse of what the last Paris Je t’Aime we hosted was like.

Prayer Requests

• My Family - My sister has unfortunately gotten sick so please pray that she gets better.
• My Travels - That I am able to get my Covid test results in time and that I will have a safe flight.
• My Health - I've had a couple of accidents falling down. So please pray for healing that I can go out and be a part of our outreach.
• Fundraising - I am trusting for a few things. I want to raise $2500 for the new women's ministry. I am also personally trusting for an extra $2500 to go towards things like staff retreat, travel expenses, etc.

Thank You

I am so thankful for your support and faithfulness. There are not enough words to express my gratitude.
I ask that you continue keeping me in your thoughts and prayers.

Love and Blessings,
Christina
